Why was Shilo created?
Because it didn't exist. Back when the iPad 2 had just come out, our founder remembers thinking: they can put cameras on both sides of a touchscreen, but there's still no skin-tone posable toy I can wear in my pants on the train. Shilo was the answer — a labor of love, and the first posable silicone toy of its kind.
Can you wear Shilo as an everyday packer?
No — Shilo is designed to be worn when it's going to be used. It's for intimacy, pleasure, and affirmation: wear it out when the night is going somewhere. For all-day everyday packing, a dedicated packer like Archer or Jack is the right tool.
How does the posable core work?
Shilo is built in three layers: a soft silicone exterior, a firm inner silicone layer, and a proprietary posable core at the center. Bend it down to wear, position it up to play — it holds exactly how you set it and moves with your body instead of fighting it.
Is Shilo harness-compatible, and what O-ring fits?
Yes — Shilo fits any standard O-ring harness. Its base is 3", so standard rings hold it securely. If you'd rather not think about fit at all, the Shilo Strap-On Set pairs it with a matched harness out of the box.
What size is Shilo?

Is Shilo body-safe silicone?

What lube should I use with Shilo?
Water-based lube. Silicone-based lube can degrade silicone toys over time, so keep it water-based and reapply as needed. Here's our lube guide.
How do I clean and store Shilo?

What's the difference between Shilo and Carter?
Girth, mostly. Shilo is the original all-arounder at 1.5" girth; Carter is the thicker dual-density option for people who want more — see the Carter kit. Same posable design, same silicone, different presence.
Will Shilo show under fitted clothing?
Honestly — it's fuller than an everyday packer, so fitted clothing will show some profile even bent down. Looser fits handle it easily. If a subtle everyday bulge is the goal, that's packer territory, not pack-and-play.
