Most of what we make is intimate and final sale — and every piece is covered by our 1-Year Maker's Warranty. Apparel and accessories are returnable within 30 days. Issue with your order? You have 48 hours from delivery to report it — right here, through your order page.
02 · Why most items are final sale
Intimate items can't be restocked or resold — for your protection as much as anyone's. Nothing you buy from us has been in anyone else's hands. That's why we put everything up front instead: exact specs, real photos, honest answers, and a real person to ask before you buy.
03 · The Maker's Warranty
Every product, one year, manufacturing defects. We repair it or replace it — or store credit if the model's no longer around. Read the full terms →
04 · Apparel & accessories
Binders, underwear, and apparel: returnable within 30 days, unworn and in original condition. You cover return shipping; refund goes to your original payment or store credit — your pick. Start it from your order page — no emails needed.
05 · Wrong, damaged, or missing item?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery through your order page, with your order number and a photo. We repair, replace, or credit — fast. Don't ship anything back unless we ask.
06 · We ship fast — check your address
Orders can be picked and packed within 20 minutes of being placed. Double-check your shipping address at checkout — once it's boxed, we can't redirect it, and we aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address. (Caught it in time? Submit a request immediately and we'll try.)
07 · Protect your package
Add Package Protection at checkout and loss, theft, or transit damage gets replaced — no questions. Orders shipped without protection travel at your own risk — we aren't responsible for uninsured packages once the carrier has them.
08 · Ordered the wrong thing?
Submit a request and tell us what happened. Depending on the item and the situation, there's often a resolution — an exchange, store credit, or another fix. We'd rather make it right than leave you stuck with gear that isn't yours.
09 · How it works — one door
Every return, exchange, or issue starts from your order page in your account. That's the only door — requests by email can't be processed, and the order page is faster for both of us.
10 · The spirit of the thing
We do this for the love of the game — a small shop taking real care of its people. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who makes that impossible.
