Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled without notice.

Fraudulent transactions may be reported to payment processors or law enforcement authorities.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address during checkout.

New York Toy Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer.

Tracking confirmation provided by the carrier constitutes proof of shipment and fulfillment of our shipping obligation.

New York Toy Collective is not responsible for:

  • incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
  • packages returned due to address errors
  • shipping delays caused by carriers
  • lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • customs delays or import restrictions

Customers assume responsibility for packages once they enter the shipping carrier's system.

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other third-party providers.
  • Shipping Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete addresses.
  • Packages shipped to the provided address are considered fulfilled.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the package.
  • Delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of fulfillment.
  • Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. New York Toy Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, even if insurance is purchased.
  • International Shipping: Duties and import taxes are included at checkout (DDP) for eligible countries — enter your address at checkout to confirm cost and availability. International orders are final sale (see Section 9) and are not eligible for return or refund.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because we sell intimate, body-safe products, most items are final sale for health and hygiene reasons — this includes all pumps, strokers, packers, STPs, dildos, and any product designed for intimate use. These cannot be returned or exchanged.

A limited selection of non-intimate items (unopened harnesses and hardware) may be eligible for return under these terms:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return, and return the item within 7 days.
  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Approved returns receive store credit only — we do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
  • Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your store credit.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

International orders: due to customs and hygiene regulations, all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of item type.

Refunds/returns will not be issued for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect product selection
  • buyer's remorse
  • misuse of products
  • incorrect mailing address
  • collectible value changes

Damaged or defective on arrival? Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you. Replacement at our discretion may be provided for verified claims; claims submitted after this window may not be reviewed.

All sales on intimate products are final. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses; returned packages due to incorrect addresses will not be refunded.

SECTION 10 — PREORDERS AND LIMITED COLLECTIBLES

Certain products may be offered as preorder or limited collectible items.

By placing a preorder you acknowledge that:

  • release dates are estimates
  • manufacturer delays may occur
  • cancellations may not be permitted

Preorder payments reserve product inventory allocation.

SECTION 11 — CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

By placing an order you agree to contact New York Toy Collective before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution may constitute a violation of these Terms.

New York Toy Collective reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using evidence including but not limited to:

  • order confirmation records
  • payment authorization data
  • IP address logs
  • fraud analysis reports
  • checkout agreement records
  • shipping and tracking confirmations

Customers who file fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases.

Where permitted by law, New York Toy Collective reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds and chargeback-related fees.

All content on this website including logos, graphics, images, product descriptions, text, and branding is the intellectual property of New York Toy Collective.
