The NYTC Maker's Warranty
Every product we make is covered for one year.
I design and make this gear, and I stand behind it. Every New York Toy Collective product is covered for one year from delivery against manufacturing defects.
What's covered
- Pro Pump: the pump unit, digital gauge, and charging system
- Manual pumps: the pump mechanism and release valve
- Silicone products (Shilo, Carter, Jack, Sam, and more): defects in material or construction
- Harnesses and hardware: stitching, hardware, and construction defects
What's not covered
- Normal wear: cylinders, tubing, cushions, O-rings, and surface wear from regular use
- Damage from drops, cuts, misuse, or modification
- Water damage on non-waterproof products (only the Pro Pump is fully waterproof)
- Damage from silicone-based lubricant on silicone products (use water-based)
- Products bought secondhand or from unauthorized sellers
How a claim works
- Start your claim from your order page in your account — the same door as every return or exchange (see Returns & Exchanges). Submit your order number and a short video or photos showing the issue. That's the only door — claims by email can't be processed.
- If it's a defect, we repair it or replace it — a repaired or replacement unit of the same model ships to you. If that model is no longer available, you get store credit for the full purchase price instead. Done.
- We may ask you to send the original back first — the prepaid label is on us.
The fine print, kept short
- Repair or replacement of the same model where possible — otherwise store credit for the purchase price. No cash refunds under this warranty.
- One repair or replacement per unit.
- Original purchaser only; your order number is your proof of purchase.
- Applies to orders purchased on newyorktoycollective.com and shipped within the U.S. — international orders aren't covered.
- Final-sale clearance items are excluded.
- This warranty doesn't limit rights you have under your local law.
