Office Hours & FAQ

Live office hours are on pause while we build something better: a proper FAQ, answered by us, from the questions you actually send.

The form below is open now. Ask anything — gear, fit, sizing, bottom growth, packing, what to start with, what we got wrong. Nothing is too basic and nothing is too much detail.

You do not have to tell us who you are. The question is the only thing we need. A username and an email are there if you want a reply or want credit when we publish the answer, and blank is a perfectly good answer to both.

What happens to your question

We read it. If it is something other people are asking too, it goes into the FAQ with the answer — using your username if you gave one, and no attribution at all if you did not. If you left an email, you get a direct reply either way.

We do not sell or share what you send us, and we never publish a real name. Same standard as everything else here: your order stays yours, and so does your question.
