What does the package actually look like?

The person who signs for it, the neighbor who holds it, the roommate who stacks it on the counter — none of them learn anything from the packaging. It looks like everything else that arrives at your door.
What shows on my card statement?
Here's the caveat most stores bury: your statement reads NYTC. Not a product name, not a category — but the initials are there, and we'd rather you know that before checkout than after.

Is checkout secure? Do you share my data?
Checkout is encrypted, and we never share your data. Full stop. No list sales, no "partners," no exceptions. What you order and who you are stays between you and us.
That matters more in this category than most. Plenty of people shopping with us aren't out — to family, to roommates, sometimes to anyone. A privacy promise from a pleasure brand isn't marketing copy; it's the condition under which the purchase is possible at all. We treat it that way.

The all-sales-final policy is itself a privacy feature, in a quiet way: nothing you buy from us has been in anyone else's hands, and nothing you buy goes back into anyone else's.
Why is discretion a design principle for gear like ours?
Because our gear travels with people through things that are nobody else's business. A packer in a gym bag. A harness in a shared apartment. A pump on a bathroom shelf in a family house. The privacy of the package is part of the product working.
That's also why our Learning Center exists the way it does — you can read what bottom growth is or work through the pack-and-play guide without talking to anyone, and then the thing you decide on arrives looking like a phone case.
What about roommates, family, and shared mailboxes?
Real scenarios we hear every week, handled honestly:
- Roommate collects the mail. The polybag or box tells them nothing. You're covered by default.
