NYTC uses discreet packaging. Privacy also involves payment records, delivery notifications, and who can access your accounts. Check those separately if someone else shares your address or devices.

Before placing the order
Read the current shipping policy and check the delivery address carefully. If you need a particular delivery arrangement, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.
For international deliveries, ask about customs documentation. Plain outer packaging does not mean a shipment can omit information legally required for customs.
Check the payment record
Your bank or payment service may show merchant information. If the exact wording matters, ask us to confirm the current descriptor for your intended payment method. Do not assume it will be identical across cards, wallets, or banks.
Order confirmations and receipts can also reveal details. Consider which email account and payment account you use, including whether someone else receives notifications from them.
Think about the arrival
Check who can see carrier messages or tracking apps connected to your address. A shared household account may display deliveries even if the package itself is plain.
Use an address you are authorized to receive mail at and review any collection requirements before choosing a pickup service. We can check available shipping options, but we cannot control notifications from your bank, carrier, or shared devices.
