Jack is a stroker and a soft packer in one piece. Wear it under your clothes during the day; at night it comes off and does the other job. Ribbed inside for trans masc anatomy, hand-painted outside. Works pre-T and post-T.

Pump first
Most people pump before using Jack. The extra fullness is what lets Jack grip and stay put. If you're under about an inch, plan on the pump.

Getting the suction right
Turn the base of the sleeve inside out and roll it on. Flip the base back. That is what seals it. One customer seven years on T told us that step changed everything. A little lube on the outside afterward lets your hand slide over it.
