Shilo's Removable Suction Cup: Setup and Surface Fit
Shilo includes a removable suction cup. Use it on a clean, smooth, nonporous surface that can hold the attachment securely. A seal across textured tile or a grout line is less reliable than one on an uninterrupted surface.

Check the surface and attachment
Clean the surface and the cup, then attach them according to the product instructions. Check the hold before use and recheck if the position changes. Do not use a fragile, unstable, or damaged surface.
A suction cup is not a support for your body weight. Choose a position where you remain stable if it releases, particularly in a wet area.
Position before adding force
Set a comfortable height and angle. Shilo's posable core lets you adjust its position within the product's intended use; avoid forcing a tight bend to compensate for a poor mounting position.
Use compatible lubricant. Water alone does not replace it, and running water can wash lubricant away. Stop if the setup shifts or feels uncomfortable.
Switching to a harness
Remove the cup as directed and check the toy's connection with the harness. The ring and base still need to fit securely. Our O-ring guide explains those measurements.
After use, clean both the toy and cup according to the care instructions and let them dry before storing. Residue on the cup can interfere with the next seal.
