Shipping is always discreet. Items are shipped in polybags or blank brown or white cardboard boxes. We ship internationally to many countries, with duties and import taxes included at checkout (DDP). Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability and cost to your location — note that international orders are final sale and can't be returned.

Because our products are intimate, most items are final sale for hygiene reasons. A limited selection of unopened, non-intimate items may be returned for store credit within 7 days — see our return policy. Damaged or defective? Contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
