FAQ

What's the difference between Classic and Hand-Painted?
Classic is the standard 5" Pierre in a solid tone. Hand-Painted is a limited 4.5" edition with hand-finished shading — each one is slightly unique.

How do the pouches work?
Each magnetic pouch clips into underwear you already own — no special packing underwear needed. Two pouches means one is always ready while the other is in the wash.

How do I clean it?
Warm water and mild soap. Silicone is non-porous — air dry and it's ready to wear.

Which color should I pick?
Classic comes in Cashew and Caramel. Hand-Painted comes in Caramel, Hazelnut, and Chocolate only. Cashew is not available in the Hand-Painted edition.

Please allow 5–8 business days for Hand-Painted Caramel to ship.

Shipping is always discreet. Items ship in plain brown or white boxes with nothing on the outside. We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU and more. The shipping cost shows at checkout once you enter your address, and duties and import taxes are charged there too, so there is nothing more to pay when the box arrives.
