What Is an STP Device?
STP stands for stand-to-pee. The device collects urine in a cup or funnel and directs it through an outlet so you can pee while standing. It is external equipment; you do not need surgery or testosterone to use one.

The cup and outlet do different jobs
The cup sits against your body around the urethral opening. The outlet carries urine away. Position and a clear drainage path matter: a compressed outlet, an uphill angle, or a poorly placed cup can cause leaks.
Different shapes fit different bodies. A realistic appearance does not tell you how well the cup will work for you, and a device that works for someone else may need a different position on your body.
Some STPs also work as packers
A basic STP may be used only in the bathroom. An STP packer is also designed to be worn in clothing. That adds another fit question: how it feels when you sit or walk, and how you will hold it in place.

Expect to practice
Start at home somewhere that is easy to clean. Work out the position before adding clothing, then practice with the underwear and trousers you intend to wear. There is no fixed number of attempts by which you should have mastered it.
