Little Bottom Growth on T: What to Discuss at a Review
A small amount of visible growth does not, by itself, explain how your testosterone treatment is working. If it concerns you, bring it to your prescriber alongside your wider treatment response and monitoring results.

Describe the question specifically
Say when you started treatment, what you have noticed, and what you hoped would change. Tell the clinician about changes in your prescribed routine or symptoms that concern you. You do not need to compare yourself with a forum photograph to justify asking.
Ask how your treatment goals and test results fit together. Do not increase the dose or add a topical hormone on your own to try to change one feature.
Check what you are comparing
At-rest appearance, arousal, and post-pumping fullness are different conditions. A photograph taken under one condition can make another look like a lack of progress.
If measurement is useful to you, use a consistent method. If it makes you feel worse, you can discuss your concerns without keeping a numerical record.
Be cautious about products promising to catch you up
An advertisement cannot establish that your body is behind. Pumps can cause temporary engorgement, but we cannot guarantee that they will produce a permanent size increase. See the pumping evidence guide.
