Manufacturing defects are covered for one year from delivery. We repair or replace eligible items, or offer store credit if the model is unavailable. Normal wear and misuse aren’t covered.

Coverage & how to claim

For the original purchaser of eligible orders from newyorktoycollective.com, shipped within the U.S. International, secondhand, unauthorized-reseller, final-sale, and clearance purchases are excluded.

Damage from drops, cuts, modifications, silicone lubricant on silicone, or water on non-waterproof products is not covered. One repair or replacement per unit; no cash refunds. Store credit, when applicable, is for the full purchase price.

Start a claim from your account’s order page with your order number and photos or video. Claims cannot be processed by email. If a return is needed, we provide a prepaid label. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
