A note on your order: shipping as a component kit through August. The boxed Deluxe is sold out until the new version arrives — so right now, your Deluxe ships as its components: the same manual pump, all three custom-molded cylinders, and the measuring stickers, packed as parts instead of the retail box. Same everything, same warranty — it just arrives in pieces, ready to use.

Gender euphoria in every box.

Our bestselling FTM Pump kit, and the one people reach for when they want room to grow. Three custom-molded cylinders in graduated sizes mean a fit that's right for you today, with space to grow into tomorrow. Start where you are. Grow into what's next.

We're the creators of the Trans Masc Pump. We've invested tens of thousands in R&D and created molds made for our bodies. Most pumps on the market use cylinders made for nipples. Ours are molded specifically for bottom growth — a different anatomy, and a different experience. Better seal, better fit, better results. Products designed for you — because you deserve it.

What's Included

  • 3 graduated cylinders — custom-molded for bottom growth anatomy, not repurposed nipple pumps
  • Translucent cylinders — see results in real time, instant visual feedback
  • Manual pump — total control at your own pace, no batteries, no complexity
  • Works pre-T & post-T — solo or with a partner
  • Optional adhesive ruler stickers — track your journey if you want to. No pressure, no expectations

Pairs perfectly with Jack for a complete trans masc experience.

Always use with lube.

Your questions, answered

What is a manual pump?

A manual pump uses a hand bulb you squeeze to create suction — you build and release the vacuum yourself, at your own pace. No motor, no battery, nothing to charge. The translucent cylinders let you see what's happening the whole time.

Why choose manual instead of electric?

Control and simplicity. With a manual pump you feel exactly how much suction you're applying and can stop instantly. It's quiet, travel-friendly, nothing to charge, and costs less. If you'd rather see an exact pressure number and go hands-free, that's the electric Pro Pump — but many people prefer the tactile control of manual.

Which cylinder size should I start with?

Start snug but comfortable — a good seal matters more than size. Most people begin with the smallest cylinder that fits without pinching, then move up as their body responds. That's exactly why three graduated sizes are in the box. Full fit guide: What size pump cylinder do I need?

How much pressure should I use?

Start gentle — soft fullness, never pain, numbness, or color change. A few light squeezes is plenty at first; if it aches, release and go lighter. Keep early sessions to 5–10 minutes.

What's the difference between the Deluxe and the 2.0?

Same manual pump, different range: the 2.0 comes with one custom-molded cylinder — the simplest start. The Deluxe includes three graduated sizes, so you have room to grow without buying again. If you expect to size up, the Deluxe is the better value.

Is this beginner-friendly?

Yes — it's the same simple manual pump as the 2.0, just with three sizes so you're never boxed in. Nothing to configure; start with the smallest cylinder and gentle pressure.

Do I need to be on T — and how often should I pump?

No T required — pre-T, post-T, or never on T, it meets you where you are. Start with 2–3 sessions a week, 5–10 minutes each, and build up slowly. Recovery between sessions is part of it.

Does pumping actually work?

Session effects are reliable: fullness and heightened sensitivity show up right away. Long-term change varies by body and no one can honestly promise it — the included measuring stickers let you track what's real, not what marketing says.

How discreet is shipping?

Always a plain, unmarked box — no logos, no product names outside. Your card statement reads New York Toy Collective.

The science behind pumping

Bottom growth is driven mostly by testosterone. Androgens act on receptors in genital tissue to enlarge the clitorophallus — a well-documented effect that's most rapid in the first year on T (Grimstad et al., Andrology, 2021).

Where a pump comes in: blood flow. Vacuum devices use gentle negative pressure to draw blood into erectile tissue and raise the oxygen level in it — the same mechanism used in penile-rehabilitation medicine (Lin et al., Asian Journal of Andrology; Yuan et al., International Journal of Impotence Research). More blood flow is what produces the temporary fullness and heightened sensitivity you feel during a session.

Our honest caveat: that vacuum research was done on cis men for erectile function — no one has run a long-term study on trans masc bottom growth specifically. What's solid is the session effect (blood flow, fullness, sensitivity). Lasting change varies by body, and anyone who guarantees inches is selling you something. We include measuring stickers so you can track what's real for you.

We created the Trans Masc Deluxe Pump to best support you in your bottom growth and for increasing stimulation and pleasure. The pump features three transparent cylinders of varying sizes so there is always room to grow. The cylinders are created with a flanged bottom for comfortable use. Use the adhesive rulers to easily track your progress.

Instant, satisfying growth so you can get back to your day. The kit comes with three cylinders to find the right fit for you and any partners. Use the added size to explore strokers, penetration, and more — it pairs especially well with Jack.

Materials:
Acrylic cylinder, tubing and handle.
Packaging measures 3x4x9 in in dimension.

Product Care:
Keeping your pump dry is important as water entering the pumping mechanism it can reduce efficiency. You can spot treat tubing and handle as needed. To clean the cylinders, wash them with warm soapy water, and let them air dry completely. Lube is mandatory with this product as it encourages blood flow and reduces friction.

  • What is a trans masc pump and what does it do? New York Toy Collective pumps are designed for genital tissue engorgement, supporting bottom growth, increased sensitivity, and gender dysphoria relief for trans masculine, non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals. With over 10,000 units sold and placement in major retail stores, NYTC pumps are a trusted tool in the trans masc community.

  • How soon will I see bottom growth results? You'll notice a change in your anatomy immediately after your first session. Many users experience improved sensation and temporary engorgement right away. Longer-lasting bottom growth results develop with consistent use over weeks and months. Our pumps include adhesive ruler stickers you can apply directly to the cylinder to track your growth over time.
  • Which Trans Masc Pump is right for me? We offer three pumps designed for different experience levels and goals — Trans Masc Pump 2.0: manual pump, 1 cylinder — the classic no-fuss option for beginners. Trans Masc Pump Deluxe: manual pump, 3 cylinders — more options for tracking and progressing your bottom growth over time. Trans Masc Pro Pump: rechargeable and waterproof, multiple suction modes including pulsing and pleasure modes, built-in digital pressure gauge for safe and precise control, and 3 newly designed cylinders with a comfort cushion for extended sessions.
  • What makes the Pro Pump different? • Do I need to be on testosterone (T/HRT) to use a pump? No — our pumps are effective with or without hormone therapy. Many users incorporate pumping as part of their gender-affirming routine alongside HRT or gender-affirming surgeries.
  • How does a bottom growth pump work? The cylinder creates a gentle vacuum that draws blood into the clitoral and genital tissue, temporarily increasing size and sensitivity and providing dysphoria relief. Consistent use over time supports longer-lasting bottom growth results.
  • How often should I use my trans masc pump? Beginners should start with a few sessions per week, 10–15 minutes per session. Gradually increase frequency and duration as your tissue adapts. Listen to your body and never pump past the point of comfort.
  • Can pumping results become permanent? With consistent long-term use, many users report lasting increases in size and sensitivity. Results vary by individual and are enhanced when combined with testosterone therapy.
  • Can pumping help prepare for metoidioplasty or bottom surgery? Yes — some doctors recommend pumping prior to meta or bottom surgery to increase circulation and skin elasticity. Queer Doc recommends pumping as part of metoidioplasty preparation, and the National Library of Medicine suggests pumping 2x per day for 3 months prior to surgery to optimize surgical outcomes. Always consult your surgeon for personalized pre-surgical guidance.
  • Is the trans masc pump safe? Yes — when used properly. Like any suction-based device, safety depends on using appropriate pressure and session duration. Anyone with sensitivity to pressure, circulation issues, or uncertainty about proper use should consult a healthcare provider before use.
  • Can you hurt yourself using a pump? Improper use — such as excessive pressure or sessions that are too long — can cause discomfort or bruising. Always start slow, never pump to the point of pain, and follow the recommended guidelines for your experience level.

Care & Maintenance

  • Cylinder: Wash with warm soapy water after every use. Rinse thoroughly and air dry completely before storing.
  • Pump mechanism & tubing: Keep completely dry at all times. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth only. Never run water through the tubing or pump handle.
  • Pro Pump: The cylinder is waterproof and safe to wash under running water. Keep the pump unit itself dry.

  • Storage: Store in original packaging or a clean, dry pouch away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Do not use: Alcohol-based cleaners, bleach, or harsh chemicals on any part of the pump system.
